  My name is Kate, and I’m delighted to serve as the Director of The Goddard School in Wilton, CT. I’ve been part of this wonderful community since August 2018, working in several roles including Lead Teacher, Team Lead, and Assistant Director. I began my career in early childhood education in 2011 and completed my Child Development Associate in 2017. I also hold a degree in General Studies, with the majority of my coursework focused on early childhood education. I believe wholeheartedly in nurturing each child as an individual and creating an environment where they feel supported, confident, and excited to explore. Together with our wonderful teachers, I am committed to fostering a warm, joyful atmosphere where curiosity is encouraged, imaginations are valued, and every child can grow at their own pace. I am truly looking forward to partnering with you and welcoming your family into our school community!

  My name is Laura, and I am thrilled to be an Assistant Director at The Goddard School of Wilton! I joined the Goddard team in February of 2024. I graduated from Skidmore College with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Education Studies, and I’ve always been passionate about creating meaningful experiences for young children. Being part of a child’s early years is an incredible privilege—I love watching them grow, discover new skills, and reach those unforgettable developmental milestones. My goal is to help cultivate a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment where every child can thrive and build the confidence to become one of our future leaders. I’m truly excited to get to know the amazing staff, children, and families who make Goddard such a special community. Here’s to a wonderful journey ahead!

  Hi! My name is Tonianne, and I am thrilled to continue my journey with The Goddard School of Wilton—now as an Assistant Director. I first joined the Goddard family in August 2024 as a Lead Teacher and Team Lead, and it has been a joy to grow alongside our wonderful students, families, and staff. I graduated from Marist College with a bachelor’s degree in social work, and my passion has always centered on supporting young children as they learn, discover, and grow. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to step into this new role and continue serving our amazing community.

  Hello, my name is Amanda. I’m a proud mother of two wonderful children, and I’ve been in the education field for 14 years. I am currently continuing my studies in Child Behavioral Therapy, and I’m passionate about supporting children’s growth in meaningful, developmentally supportive ways. I’m incredibly excited to be part of The Goddard School team and look forward to building strong connections with the children while helping them become the very best versions of themselves.

  I am thrilled to have been part of the wonderful Goddard School team since 2018. I hold Bachelor’s degrees in both Elementary and Early Childhood Education, and I also studied Languages and Literature at the University of Spiru Haret in Bucharest, Romania. I spent several years teaching in elementary education before being given the opportunity to expand my experience and continue learning here in the United States. Working with children across many age groups helped me discover that my true passion lies in Early Childhood. I love giving young learners a strong academic foundation and helping them build the skills they need to feel confident and prepared for kindergarten. I look forward to continuing to support and connect with our amazing Goddard families!

• Ms Christine

  My name is Ms. Christine, and I’m excited to be part of The Goddard School family! I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a dual degree in History and Human Development & Family Studies, along with a minor in Spanish. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with children in a variety of settings—from tutoring programs focused on language and literacy, to nannying, to serving as a custody monitor. Most recently, I worked as an elementary assistant teacher in an out-placement special education school. What I love most about working with young children is witnessing their natural curiosity and creativity. I’m excited to collaborate with my fellow teachers to create a warm, supportive environment where every child can grow academically and emotionally while exploring the world with confidence and joy.

  My name is Elizabeth, and I am thrilled to be joining The Goddard School as a Child Care Teacher! With five years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally rich environment where young learners can grow and thrive.

• Ms Janice

  Hello, my name is Janice. I’m a wife, mother, and caregiver, and I’m excited to be part of The Goddard School team! I have many years of experience teaching children of all ages and earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from NCC, graduating with honors. My passion for teaching grew from being a mother and coming from a large family—there is nothing more rewarding than watching a child learn something new and knowing I played a part in that growth. I believe every child is unique and learns at their own pace, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where they can thrive. I look forward to getting to know all the children and families and am excited to learn and grow alongside your little ones. Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking.

  I have been proud to be part of the wonderful team at The Goddard School of Wilton since August 2018. Each day in the classroom brings me so much joy—helping children prepare for kindergarten through a curriculum filled with music, creative arts, collaboration, and meaningful, incidental learning. I value building relationships with students of all abilities and working closely with administration, fellow teachers, and families to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive. Creating a classroom rooted in trust and care has been the most rewarding part of my work. I hold degrees in English and Journalism from the UCONN and discovered my passion for education through my own children. After working as a literacy para in the public schools, I knew I had found my calling. When my family moved to Maine, I continued my journey as a Pre-K teacher at a private center. I’m grateful to be back in this environment and excited for the opportunity to work with your children.

  Hello! My name is Katelynn, and I am very excited to continue developing my teaching career here at The Goddard School in Wilton. I’ve been working with children since 2018 through summer camps, internships, and babysitting. I graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Forensics, and I am currently pursuing my education in School Psychology. My favorite part of working with children is getting to know their unique personalities. I look forward to each day with my fellow teachers as we work together to create a safe, supportive environment where every child can succeed both academically and emotionally.

  My name is Lisa, and I am so happy to be part of the Goddard family. I bring over six years of experience working with Pre-K students and hold an associate’s degree in educational studies. Teaching is truly my passion—I love watching children grow both academically and socially. I’m excited to learn from and collaborate with the wonderful team of educators here at The Goddard School in Wilton. When I’m not working, you can usually find me at the gym or spending time with friends and family. I look forward to getting to know all the amazing students and families and creating lasting memories together.

  I am thrilled to have accepted a role at The Goddard School. I hold a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Southern Connecticut State University and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Elementary Education at Liberty University. With four years of teaching experience, I find the field incredibly rewarding—there’s nothing like seeing children grow and make progress. My background includes teaching Preschool and Pre-K at The Goddard School in Fairfield, working in Stamford Public Schools (K–5), and supporting students with Autism in K–2 special education classrooms, adapting instruction to meet diverse needs. As an energetic educator, I bring strong classroom management, a warm and supportive teaching style, and a commitment to creating safe, organized environments where every child can thrive.

  Hello, my name is Shelby! I graduated from Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in History. My journey working with children began in 2016 when I started babysitting, and my passion for teaching truly grew after volunteering as a religious education teacher.   I’m Allison, and I’m thrilled to join The Goddard School teaching staff as an Assistant Teacher. After spending 11 years in corporate retail, I recently shifted my career into Early Childhood Education. As a mom of three whose children have attended—and still attend—The Goddard School, I truly believe in the curriculum and learning environment offered here. I’m excited to help support the whole child through Goddard’s Wonder of Learning curriculum and, most importantly, to build strong relationships with the students, families, and staff.

  Hello everyone! My name is Carlie, and I’m excited to be joining The Goddard School team. I’ve been working in the childcare field for almost four years, beginning my teaching journey in Colorado before recently returning to Connecticut. I love helping children feel confident and comfortable being themselves, and I’m always amazed by how quickly their minds grow and develop. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their learning experiences. I look forward to learning from my co-teachers and continuing my path toward becoming a lead teacher!

  Greetings, friends and families! My name is Devora, and I’m so excited to be joining the team! I’ve been working in the education field for over six years, and I truly enjoy every aspect of it. I have experience working with children in professional settings, as well as through my roles as an aunt and an older sister. My goal is to make learning—and coming to school—fun, engaging, and meaningful. I love both teaching and learning alongside children, and I’m thrilled to see what each new school year will bring!

I joined the school in February 2023 and have loved teaching and working with children for as long as I can remember.   Hi! My name is Jimary, and I am so grateful and honored to be part of The Goddard School team. I’ve been working with infants and toddlers since 2017, beginning with babysitting before launching my early childhood career at another childcare center, where I spent three years. I joined the Goddard teaching team in October 2022 and have loved every moment since. Watching each child grow and develop—little by little—is one of my greatest joys, especially seeing their excitement when they learn something new. I’m passionate about supporting children as they discover their individuality and unique strengths, and I look forward to continuing to watch them flourish while getting to know all the wonderful families here at The Goddard School in Wilton.

  Hello, my name is Juanita! I began my teaching journey in 2017 as an infant and toddler teacher, and I’ve loved working with young children ever since. I also have experience as a behavioral technician at a special needs school here in Connecticut, which strengthened my understanding of child development and individualized support. I hold a degree in film and music studies, and I enjoy bringing creativity and expression into the classroom. I’m passionate about early childhood education and love helping children build strong social and emotional foundations as they learn and grow!

  My name is Kendra, and I’m so excited to be part of the amazing Goddard School community! I’ve been working in early childhood education since 2021, and supporting young children has always been a true passion of mine. From a young age, I knew I was meant to work with little ones — but becoming a mother myself deepened that calling in ways I never expected. I have three wonderful children — one daughter and two sons — who are truly my whole world. Raising my daughter, who has special needs, has especially shaped the way I approach teaching. She has taught me to slow down, celebrate every step of growth, and appreciate each child’s unique path. I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to help nurture your little one’s development during these early and important years!

  Hi! My name is Liela, and I’m very excited to be joining the Preschool teaching team at The Goddard School in Wilton! I’m looking forward to all the new adventures that come with working in Preschool. I previously worked at another childcare center as an Assistant Teacher, and I’m eager to continue growing in my Early Childhood Education journey and work toward becoming a Lead Teacher. Growing up as an older sister helped shape my passion for teaching and showed me how rewarding it is to support and guide young children. I truly enjoy each and every day in the classroom!

I was born and raised in Brazil and moved to the United States in 2017, where I’ve since worked as an Au Pair, a childcare teacher, and a nanny.
