• Ms Debbie

  We are happy to introduce Debbie Lee, the onsite owner of The Goddard School® located at 385 Danbury Road in Wilton, Connecticut. Debbie has earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University. Debbie and her husband are the parents to children, who have attended The Goddard School. Their childrens’ positive experience is what inspired Debbie to open a Goddard School of her own. She recognizes the importance of a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes creativity and fun. “We are excited and proud to be a part of The Goddard School and we are committed to providing the highest quality preschool experience for the children in the neighborhood,” adds Debbie. Debbie looks forward to meeting your family and sharing her beautiful school in Wilton. • Ms Kate

  My name is Kate, and I am ecstatic to be the Director of The Goddard School in Wilton CT! I have worked at this school since August of 2018 and have had different roles including Lead Teacher in the classroom, and Team Lead and Assistant Director. I have always had a passion for working with children of all ages; Infants through Pre-K. I obtained my Child Development Associate in 2017 and ever since my career began in 2011, I have loved helping children discover the world around them. I strongly believe in attending to every child’s individual need by giving them the space and opportunity to explore through their imagination. Stepping into the role of Director, I am inspired to support the teachers in facilitating a healthy, fun, safe, and enriching environment. I look forward to working with and supporting you and your family.

  My name is Laura and I am so excited to be part of The Goddard School Wilton as Assistant Director! I am a graduate from Skidmore College with a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Education Studies and I have a passion for working with children. I am honored to be a part of so many childhoods and love to see children reach different developmental milestones. I hope to help guide children to be our future leaders and create a safe environment for them to thrive in. I look forward to getting to know all of the amazing staff, children and families at Goddard!

• Ms Amanda

  Hello everyone! I am Amanda and I am so excited to be apart of The Goddard School community as of June 2023. I am a recent graduate from Penn State University with a Bachelors in Education. I have always found a passion in education ever since I was younger. I have had plenty of experience working with all different of age groups, but have always enjoyed working with and teaching younger children. Their joy and enthusiasm for learning consistently makes me excited to be there for them everyday. I always work to provide a welcoming and positive environment for all students. I am ecstatic about working alongside your children here at The Goddard School and hope to make this an incredible experience for them!

• Ms Anca

  I am thrilled to be part of this amazing Goddard School team since 2018. I have a Bachelor Degree in both Elementary and Early Childhood Education, and was pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Languages and Literature at the University of Spiru Haret, Bucharest, Romania. I worked as an Elementary School teacher for several years before I was given the opportunity to share my knowledge and study/learn more in the US. Working with so many different age groups made me realize that my true interest is in Early Childhood, where I can give my young students a strong academic foundation and help them develop skills that will prepare them for kindergarten! Looking forward to working with so many Goddard families!

• Ms Cynthia

  Hi! My name is Cynthia and I am very excited to join the Goddard team. I have always had a passion for working with young children. I began my journey working with children in 2014 during my sophomore year of high school. Since then I have obtained a bachelors degree in general psychology and an associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I have learned so much to help create a fun and safe learning environment for young children. It is a pleasure to be able to influence the lives of the children and families in a positive way. All children are unique and deserve quality care. It is my goal to create positive experiences for the children and families of Goddard. I can't wait to be a part of the growth and progress of all the children in my care!

• Ms Dianna

  I am thrilled to be joining the wonderful team at the Goddard School. I received my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Western Connecticut State University and I will be pursuing a Master's degree in Special Education. I worked in an elementary school for two years and am eager to make the switch to Pre-K! I have a passion for helping children learn to problem solve and understand their emotions. I work hard to create a safe learning environment where all students feel welcomed and loved. I look forward to making a difference in all students lives I have the pleasure of working with.

• Ms Jen

  I am so pleased to be part of the amazing team at The Goddard School here in Wilton, since August 2018. I enjoy spending my days in the classroom helping children prepare for kindergarten through curriculum-based plans full of song, creative arts, collaboration and incidental teaching. I enjoy fostering relationships with students of varied abilities and partnering with administration, peers and parents to ensure I do the most I can for each child. Building relationships on trust and caring is the most rewarding facet of my time spent in the classroom. I have degrees in English and Journalism from the University of Connecticut and found my way into the education system through my children. When they were both in school full time, I began working in the public schools as a literacy para so I could share their schedule. From that point on I was hooked, and when my family moved to Maine, I became a Pre-K teacher at a private center. I am so happy to be back in this setting and look forward to the opportunity to work with your children. **Ms. Jen was our Teacher of The Year in 2021! She went on to win the Goddard School Northeast Region Teacher of The Year, and we are SO proud!!

  Hello! My name is Jocelyn, and I am excited to become apart of the Goddard school in Wilton. I have my bachelor's degree in psychology. I have worked in education for over 4 years. My goal is to own and operate my own business in education one day! I love witnessing the growth and development of the children at any age. To be apart of that growth has such an important impact in their life, and it is so important to me, I want all the children in my care to thrive and succeed in their independence and development. It amazes me everyday to see the new information they can learn given the right environment! And I strive to bring that to them.

• Ms Kaelyn

  Hi, My Name is Kaelyn and I’m so happy to be joining the team at The Goddard School. My passion is to work with children and start my own childcare business. I have been working with children since I was 15 years old. I love bringing out the nurturing and caring side of myself. I have volunteered for summer camps and became a teacher assistant for preschoolers. I used to do competitive dancing and acted in a couple of plays. I am very energetic with children. I am very excited to learn, grow, and interact with the teachers at The Goddard School. I can’t wait to see every child’s uniqueness and what makes them the who they are!

• Ms Kamille

  My name is Kamille and I'm so excited to be a part of a strong team here at Goddard! I am looking forward to being able to create memories with not only great staff and teachers, but the children in my care! I started here in July 2022 and I've been working with children for 10+ years. I have earned my Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies and my Masters Degree in Early Education. I love having the ability to be a great influence in the lives of these young children, and I feel I can do that by implementing a safe, enriching environment for them to develop and learn in each day here at school. I look forward to working with each child and getting to know each family!

  My name is Lisa and I am so happy to be a part of the Goddard family. I have over six years of experience working with Pre-K students, and I have an Associate’s Degree in Educational Studies. I absolutely love teaching and watching kids grow, both academically and socially. I’m very excited to get to know and learn from the amazing team of teachers here at The Goddard School in Wilton. When I’m not working, I’m spending my free time in the Gym and with friends and family. I look forward to getting to know all the amazing students and families and creating memories that will last for a lifetime.

  I have been an Early Childhood Educator for over sixteen years, and joined the Goddard Family in January 2015 shortly after our school first opened. I love being an educator. I believe that it is so important to encourage children to develop to their fullest potential. I earned my CDA from Wisconsin University in 1997 and since then have attended countless workshops in the Early Childhood Education field to continue to develop my knowledge base. I have earned my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood from Norwalk Community College, and have achieved Head Teacher status from the State of Connecticut.

  My name is Sabrina and I am so excited to be part of The Goddard team! I graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Developmental Psychology. I love working with children of all ages, witnessing them grow and learn is a great sense of accomplishment. Knowing that I am having a positive impact on their lives by being a devoted and positive teacher. I look forward to getting to know the staff, teachers, children, and families!

  Hello friends and families! My name is Ms. Alma and I’m thrilled to be a part of the Goddard family! I have been working in the field of Early Childhood Education since 2021. My goal is to provide a safe environment for children where they can explore, learn and grow. I look forward to meeting you all and helping your child succeed!

  Hi, my name is Andreen! I joined the Goddard School in September 2022. I am excited to be apart of the Goddard team! I am looking forward to creating new memories with both the children and staff. I am currently working on completing my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at Norwalk Community College, were I have earned most of my credits. I love meeting new children and I love to watch them learn and grow as an individual. Being able to teach them at an early age, I will help nurture and guide them towards their future.

  Hi! My name is Aniyah! I am so excited and honored to be apart of the Goddard Team. I've always had a passion for working with children and started my journey in 2019 with the early childhood program that was provided by my highschool. I now attend Western Connecticut State University pursuing my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Child Psychology. I love working with children of all ages. I love to see the process of how each child grows little by little; and knowing we are making an impact in their life. I am looking forward to creating memories with the amazing staff, teachers, and children. I love having the ability to be a great influence in the lives of these children, teaching them, and seeing their smiles when they learn something new.

  It is a pleasure to introduce myself and be a part of this new adventure at Goddard School! My name is Ashlem, and I’m so excited and proud to start teaching at this incredible facility. I have recently moved from New York where I spent 4 years providing care, love, and academic support to infants and toddlers. I have always admired watching children grow and evolve, which is why I hope and plan to make a positive impact on your child so that as they grow they become confident leaders. I have recently become a mom of twin girls and I understand the importance of an all-around balanced support group. I aspire to build that trust and independent connection with your child. I am eager to introduce my family and get to know everyone else’s family at the Goddard School.

  Hello my name is Cindy and I joined The Goddard School in October 2022! I am currently studying Early Childhood Education at Norwalk Community College. I took an ECE class in High School for 3 years and enjoyed it so much, I have decided to work towards my passion and become a Early Childhood Professional. I enjoy working with children, teaching them, and making them feel at home when they're in my care.

  I am so happy to be part of this wonderful team. I have been working with children for about 5 years. I have also taken 2 years of child development classes in High School, which taught me so much. I have three adorable nieces who have sparked my interest in taking this passion more serious. Watching them grow and develop made me realize that I still have a lot to learn. I started working at my first preschool 2 years ago. Not only have I learned so much more about teaching and guiding children, I have also learned children just want to loved and cared for. That is exactly what I am here to do. Every child is special and unique and that is what makes this journey so much fun. I want to guide children to be their best selves and to always strive to succeed.

  Hi! My name is Genesis. I am so thrilled to be part of The Goddard School team! I joined this school in February 2023. I’ve been working with kids since a young age I have always loved teaching. I plan to continue to help each child grow and thrive. My favorite part of teaching is interacting with the kids and learning what makes them comfortable. Finding out how I can make each day at school better for them is my goal. I can’t wait to grow and learn more from these amazing teachers at Goddard!

  Hi! My name is Jimary. I am so grateful and honored to be a part of The Goddard School team! I've been working with Infants & Toddlers since 2017. I started off babysitting and decided I wanted to work with children starting my career as an early childhood professional at another child care center where I worked for 3 years. I joined the teaching team here at Goddard in October 2022. I love working with children, I love to see the process of how each child grows and develops, little by little. I love how happy and excited their faces get when they learn new things! I enjoy working with each child and helping them develop their own originality and individuality at an early age. I look forward to seeing each child develop in their own way, and getting to know all of the families here at The Goddard School in Wilton!

  Hi! My name is Liela and I am very excited to be joining the Preschool teaching team at The Goddard School in Wilton! I am thrilled and looking forward to the new adventures with Preschool. I previously worked at another childcare center where I was Assistant Teacher and I look forward to becoming a Lead Teacher as I begin my Early Childhood Education journey! Growing up as an older sister has prepared me for this experience and helped me realize that teaching and helping children is something that makes me feel good, and I enjoy each and every day in the classroom!

  Hello, my name is Lorena and I joined The Goddard Family in July 2021! I am excited to be working full time in our Young Toddler classroom. I am very grateful for the opportunity I have been granted here teaching your children. I am currently in the process of earning my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education at Norwalk Community College. I’m looking forward to seeing the children in my class grow and evolve day by day, and seeing the uniqueness of each and every one of them have. I’m also very excited to learn from the wonderful team of teachers here at The Goddard School as I strive to give my very best to the children I will be teaching each day!

  My name is Madeline and I’m honored to be part of the Goddard community. I’m currently a college student pursuing my school counseling degree. I want to become a safe space for students in the future and now I’m able to do that at Goddard. In previous schooling, I learned the development of early childhood and I understand the importance of this early stage in your children's lives and I’m thrilled to be part of their foundation to become kind people for our future.

  Hi, my name is Mariela! I am happy to have joined The Goddard School in October 2022. I’ve been working with children since 2014. I love to interact with children and love the joy that they bring to my heart. As a mom of two kids, I feel it is most important to have a safe environment for them, and to support them with positive impact and love. I love to move around the school and visit each classroom helping with teacher breaks throughout the day, this allows me to get to know many children in all age groups!

  My name is Mariuxi and I've been in the education field for over 4 years working as a school manager. I've now transitioned to working at The Goddard School to pursue my passion for working with young children. I love to see them grow and progress. I myself am a mother of two boys. I enjoy the well-structured environment at Goddard and want to make the best of this experience by helping these children start their education with a strong foundation.

  My name is Seyaa. I am a very giggly and friendly person with a very fun imagination. I have been working with children since September of 2015. I believe that whatever you put your heart and mind to, you're capable of just that! I enjoy apples, cheese and crackers, and sometimes rice pudding. I hope I can find some pals that like the same snacks as me too! I'm looking forward to meeting and greeting you all, and having a wonderful school year!

  Hi! My name is Lexi. I have worked in childcare for 10 years. I also recently became a parent myself to my son, which has strengthened my love for teaching. I started my journey back in high school where I was an after school teacher. From that experience I moved on to working not only with elementary school age, but also preschool and then infants. I have worked closely with all ages and I absolutely love them all. I believe that all children are unique. No child is the same, every child has a different way of learning. That is why I strive to cater to every child to the best of my ability. I find that a lot of the time I am learning from the children as they learn from their experiences. I am so excited to be a part of the Goddard School Wilton.

• Ms Yiheng

  Hi, my name is Yiheng. I am excited to be part of the Goddard School. I have seven years of experience working with children from K-12 in public schools both in China and in the States. I love watching children grow! So rewarding! I developed interest in early childhood education because of my daughter, who is now in Kindergarten in town. I love baking, cooking, reading and storytelling. I am also a knitter and plant parent. I can’t wait to share my skills with my new community and meet all the children and families!
